We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $25.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

9. What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
